Meet Me

Aspiring to be a realtor, Edward started performing back-end work, such as accumulating transaction records, generating trend-line charts, and posting advertisements online, since he was 15, for 2 top producers.  

When the opportunity presented itself, Edward joined the real estate industry when he was 23 years old. Immediately after National Service, he pursued his passion in the day, whilst taking classes at night for a degree. Within less than 2 years, he picked up the necessary skills to be competent, capable and reliable professional.

With proper guidance from mentors, with more than 10 years of industry experience, Edward’s first deal made him earn a commission of 5-figures. It was through hard work, determination, and the “right mindset” adopted when serving his client.

The “right mindset”, instilled by both his mentors and PropNex Realty, Singapore’s largest listed real estate agency, is made up of two concepts.

The first is that the client’s needs always come first.  Unlike other realtors in the industry who focus on getting the highest commission for themselves, Edward focuses on building his clients’ real estate portfolio based on their needs.  This allowed his clients to upgrade/ leverage and invest within their means to achieve their property goals and aspirations.  

The second is adding value to people’s lives.  Everyone knows that a realtor assist their clients with buying, selling, and leasing their properties.  Even owners can perform these tasks without a realtor.  However, not everyone knows how to add value.

Edward , not only provides these services, he assists his clients to diversify their portfolios without using all of their savings, and to also reach their properties’ maximum growth potential.


Edward begins his meetings by identifying and understanding his clients needs.  In conjunction with the latest market data from digital applications, he is able to provide the best risk-averse solutions to his clients.  Edward strongly believes that Real Estate is a lifetime affair, which is why he works towards building a lifetime relationship with his clients.
